How to give advice

السلام عليكم
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ
"Whatever is in front of you, then maybe it may have the signs of sin in it, but realise that it may have good in it. Perhaps there is 90% bad, but there is 10% good. So expand this 10% and treat it as 50%. Dont say [to such a person] that You are a sinner/transgressor. because this will decrease that 10% of good. Consider the good to be more. Perhaps Allah shall rectify this person at your hands."
Subhanallah!
You never really know what a person is like. They may seem like a sinner to you but they may actually be a ten times better Muslim.
Note: The speaker is male (lower your gaze) if need be.
Also if you guys have any advice regarding the girl I mention in previous post(s) please share. Recall she is young and does not really seem to understand hijab at all and seems to see it in a negative light.

I saw this video recently after it was uploaded. Made me think of the sister here in my class. She likes to dress up, as many girls do and sometimes, she tends to show a bit much, (more recently by someone's description, though I have seen it myself as well), but I also know for a fact what a good heart she has and she has told me that she really admires women/sisters who cover with hijab, etc.

I do feel bad talking about it and ma'sha'allah, she's been blessed with beauty, but it seems like for some sisters, as for Western women, beauty is more of a curse in a way, in that girls feel so pressured to add what they can to maximize the already obvious beauty they have, so like we see with young girls in the US, etc, this pattern is hitting sisters as well, like you mentioned about that girl you met who had the "fitted" abaya.

Anyways, my thoughts when I saw this video and thought I would share them after you posted it.
