"He who is regular in offering twelve Rak’at (of Salat), Allah will build for him a house in Paradise; four Rak’at before Zuhr, two Rak’at after Zuhr, two Rak’at after Magrib, two Rak’at after Isha and two Rak’at before fajr."

I will inshallah get them from my own collection of books like Riyad-Us-Saliheen and Muntakab Ahadith.
