A man said: O Messenger of Allah! I love Surat-Al-Ikhlas [Say He is Allah, (the) One]." He (صلى الله عليه و سلم ) said, "Your love for it will admit you to Jannah."

I have to admit, Surah Al-Ikhlas is my favorite Surah. Initially, it was probably because it was short, but also, it must rolls off the tongue so nicely ma'sha'allah. Of course, it just about states the central tenet of Islam without any ambiguity, while refuting one that others have put upon Allah that is not worthy of the Creator of All the Worlds.
I was happy to know now, with my somewhat increased knowledge about such things, that a Hafiza whose blog I follow:

her favorite Surah is also Al-Ikhlas, ma'sha'allah. I know I probably don't have the same connection with it as she does at this point in my life, but I hope to get their one day insha'allah. Also, from a brother that I know on YouTube, during his series on some of the companions/contemporaries of the Prophet (SAW) one was related to how much this person loved this Surah and the significance of it when this companion passed away:
