بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ
"Whoever performs wudhu then says this dua, it would be written on vellum then sealed; thereafter, it would not be broken till the Day of Resurrection
Subhanaka allahumma wabe humdika ashadu allailaha illa anta astugferuka waatubu ilaika."
(How perfect You are O Allah, and I praise You, I bear witness that none has the right to worship except You, I seek Your forgivness and turn in repentance to You).

Who is Albani?
When I write up the hadiths I put up the 'source' like Bukhari, Muslim etc. at the end and for this one it was Albani. I don't know much about him but I got this specific hadith from the book "Doa Organizer" By Abdul Hye 1999 version.
