Those who are cursed

السلام عليكم
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Ibn Mas'ud (Peace be upon him) said: Allah has curse those women who practice tattooing and those women who have themselves tattooed, and those women who get their hair removed from their eyebrows and faces (except the beard and mustache), and those who make artificial spaces between their teeth for beauty, whereby they change Allah's creation. A women started to argue with him, saying: "What is all this?" He replied "Why should I not curse those whom the messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه و سلم ) cursed and who are cursed in Allah's book." Allah, the exalted, has said in his book:
"And whatsoever the messenger (Muhammed
(صلى الله عليه و سلم ) gives you, take it; and whatsoever he forbids you abstain (from it).(59:7)"

Riyaadus Saliheen is brilliant.

Does this also mean for monobrows and untidy eyebrows or is it meant just for reshaping the eyebrows and doing it to make the women look different ?

Yes it is Mashallah. I have read that it is prohibited for both men and women and that the hair between the eyes is not considered part of the eyebrows and the shaping and removing of the eyebrows in normal circumstances is not permissible. So removing the monobrow to make it normal would be okay but for the tidying part everyone has a different definition of tidy..
